Flowertown Bed and Breakfast offers nutritious breakfast options daily between 7:30 - 9:00 am for our guests. We love our guests and offer a hearty European Continental breakfast Monday – Friday and a two course gourmet breakfast on weekend and holidays. Guests who would like breakfast included in extended stays beyond 5 days, please make previous arrangements with host prior to reservation confirmation.
Flowertown B&B Recipes
CRANBERRY ORANGE CAKE RECIPE
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoon of vegetable oil
a whole organic orange cut in pieces
2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking sosa
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cup chopped cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
In a blender mix the first 4 ingredients, then add the dry ingredients and then add cranberries and nuts
Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees, let cool, then enjoy!

FIG CAKE RECIPE
Here is our recipe for fig cake, the figs from our garden! We like to use our fruits and veggies in our preparations
Mix together :
2 cups of flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
mix together
1cup 1/2 sugar
3 eggs
1 cup of melted butter
1 cup of buttermilk
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups of cut fresh fig
Blend together all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
